Initial Meeting & Lot Reservation

The first step in building your home is to meet with a member of Joshua Markum Builders and your agent (if applicable). From there we will put your lot on Hold.

Plan design & Proposal Creation

Step 2 & 3 begin the fun of building! We will immediately start meeting with you and customizing your plan, and start talking about your future selections. Our staff will then create a custom proposal and get you off and running!
